摘  要:本文设计的ECUHILSS是一个共享存储器的紧密耦合多处理器系统。采用PC机作为宿主计算机为硬件在环仿真提供了方便易用的开发平台;采用TMS320C3032位浮点DSP作为发动机动态模型实时计算系统的核心,充分利用了它的高速计算能力;设计了以80C552单片机为核心的高性能智能接口模块,为系统提供了卓越的实时能力。以上各处理器之间采用双口RAM进行高速大数据量的数据交换,实现了真正的并行处理。采用VisualC++forWindows编程语言设计了友好的图形化用户界面,可以实时控制和监视仿真过程。本文基于充排法建立了用于控制分析的柴油机非线性动态模型,该模型是ECUHILSS的重要组成部分。在校准的基础上进行了ECU硬件在环仿真试验,验证了ECUHILSS的各项功能设计是合理而必要的。实践表明ECUHILSS能大大提高ECU开发工作的效率。模块化和开放式的系统结构使ECUHILSS性能便于扩展与升级,能适应ECU不断发展变化的需要。The ECU hardware in the loop simulation system(ECU HILSS) is designed based on tightly coupled multi processor system.A standard personal computer is used as host computer to serve as operating console of the multi processor system with a comfortable and well known desktop environment.Powerful and inexpensive standard PC software is available for pre and post processing.A 32 bit floating point DSP,TMS320C30,is used as the core of the engine model real time computing system in order to make full use of its high speed processing ability.High performance and intelligent interface module using 80C552 microprocessor is designed,which provides an excellent real time behavior of the ECU HILSS.Dual port RAM is used to transfer the large quantities of data between each other of the above processors fast,thus realizes parallel processing.A very friendly graphical user interface has been developed using “Visual C++ for Windows”language,through which the simulation process can be controlled and monitored in real time. A diesel engine nonlinear dynamic model employing “filling and emptying” concept has been developed for control analysis.This model is the important part for the ECU HILSS.After being validated,the ECU HILSS is applied to ECU hardware in loop simulation test.The results show that all the functions are rational and necessary.Application facts prove that using the ECU HILSS can improve the efficiency of ECU development.Modularized and open system structure makes the ECU HILSS adapt to the varying requirements of ECU.
