摘 要:本文提出一种预估多孔介质中预混火焰燃烧速率的方法。在构成气、固两相合一模型的基础上,用光学厚极限条件下的扩散近似法简化其中的热辐射项,从而由基本能量方程导出计算火焰传播速度的迭代关系式,其中包含综合多孔介质传导和辐射的等效导热系数。然后应用此数值迭代法,分别计算出在多孔泡沫陶瓷中层流预混火焰及无多孔介质存在的自由火焰的燃烧速率。计算预估的结果和实验数据进行比较表明,它们的一致性是令人满意的,本方法是方便和实用的。A prediction technique has been developed for the premixed flame burning rates within the porous media.In the light of the synthetical model combining the gas phase with the solid medium in which the radiative flux term was simplified by the diffusion approximation in optically thick limit,the iterative formula with the equivalent conductivity for combined conduction and radiation heat transfer within porous medium was derived from the basic energy equation.Therefore,the laminar premixed flame burning rates within the porous foam ceramics,and also the free flame burning rates without porous media were calculated by the numerical iteration,respectively.Comparisions of the results of prediction with the experimental data show that their agreements are considerably satisfactory,especially for the free flame and this method is convenient and practical.
