锌丝连铸机结晶器的研究

摘　　要：锌及其合金在现代工业中具有广泛的用途,连续铸锌的关键部件是锌结晶器,锌结晶器是一种有内热源的二维多态传热系统,其传热过程及其复杂.文章介绍了连铸型锌结晶器的结构,导出了锌结晶器的传热学数学模型,分析了结晶器的传热过程,并对锌丝连铸机组进行了试验研究.Zinc and its alloy are widely used in modem industry. The key parts of the continuous casting of zinc is a zinc - casting mould of a two - dimensional polymorphic inner heat source model with heat transfer, whose process of heat transfer is rather complicated. The paper introduces the structure of a continuous zinc - casting mould, offers a mathematical model of its heat transfer, and discusses the process of heat transfer. A test of the continuous zinc - casting equipment is accomplished.
