摘　　要：信息时代对大学毕业生的计算机操作技能及信息素质提出了新的要求,办公自动化(OA)课程是在这种需求下应运而生的.办公自动化课程的教学应注重目前中小企业的办公自动化软件的使用及软件协同使用.实践证明,结合企业实际情况,面向应用、面向素质调整课程教学内容和改革教学方法,引导培养学生的自学能力,才能取得教学改革的成功.In the era of information, university graduates are required more of their computer- operating skills and the information qualities .The course termed as Office Automation （OA） appears accordingly. OA teaching should focus on the application of automation software and software cooperation in small and medium - sized enterprises. It has been proved that the teaching reform can and will only attain its goal by adjusting the teaching contents and teaching methods considering both the actual situation of the enterprises and the qualities of the students, and by cultivating students＇ autonomous learning ability.
