摘　　要：本文论述了采用软件工程的科学方法对辽宁省人口数据库应用系统的结构设计和功能设计的过程,同时阐述了如何有效地对本系统的软件支撑环境的开发和应用。This paper introduce the structural design and the functional design for the application system of Liaoning provincial population data base by adopting the scientific method of software engineering. At the same time, the paper presents that how to effectively develop and use the software supporting environment of this system.
