摘  要:学校体育场馆对外开放,有利于构建完善的全民健身服务体系,促进社会和谐发展;有利于构建学校和社区的和谐关系,发展社区体育事业;有利于提高国有资产的投资效益,将场馆功能发挥至极致;有利于更好地加强青少年的校外体育锻炼,全面贯彻落实党的教育方针。通过文献资料调研与逻辑分析的方法,对在构建和谐社会过程中,开放学校体育场馆的意义及产生的困惑进行了探讨和思考,以期为决策部门提供一些参考。Opening school sports venues to the public is contributive to constructing perfect service system national fitness program, promoting social harmonious development, establishing a harmonious relation between and communities, developing community sports cause, increasing the investment returns of the national assets, for the schools brining into full play the venue functions, strengthening off - school exercise for youths and carrying through the education policy of the party. Literature review and logical analysis are employed in this article to discuss the dilemma in opening school sports venues to the public in the process of constructing harmonious society in the hope of offering reference to the decision - making bodies.
