摘　　要：律师的社会角色应当是维护社会正义、维护法律的正确实施,真正成为人权保障的卫道士。可现实生活中,律师遭致诸多不公正待遇,使得律师难以担当起应有的责任。许多律师把赚取金钱做为人生追求目的,这种角色错位不能仅责怪律师,整个社会对律师的偏见是其深层次的原因,要想改变这种状况,律师要树立正确的人生观,社会更要给予客观公正的评价。The social role of the lawyer should be to safeguard social justice, to see that the law is correctly enforced, to become the real guardian of human rights. But in reality, the lawyer suffers many injustices, which make it difficult for him/her to take up his/her necessary responsibilities. Many lawyers regard the making of money as their goal of life. But the lawyer should not be held responsible for such a misplaced role he/she plays. The deep cause is the prejudice of the whole society against the lawyer. To change such a situation, the lawyer should establish a correct outlook and the society should give him/her a fair estimate.
