摘　　要：在充分调研河北科技大学资源建设现状和用户需求的情况下,结合运用理论研究和专家调查法制订出河北科技大学数字图书馆标准规范体系的初步建议方案,并进行建议方案的可行性分析,提供一个普通高校数字图书馆标准的应用实践案例,从而促进标准规范在数字图书馆建设中的应用。Based on the analysis of the resoures construct condition and people requirements of Hebei University of Science and Technology and combining theoretical study and expert surrey,we put forward an application scheme of digital library standard criterion.The scheme was analyzed,followed by a case.
