实用新型下肢悬吊架的研制与临床应用

摘　　要：目的研制一种制作简单且方便实用的新型下肢悬吊架。方法将268例四肢手术患者随机分为2组,实验组采用新型下肢悬吊架进行消毒,对照组按常规方法消毒,2组患者具体消毒方法相同,观察2组消毒时间、患者感染数、医生满意度、手术人员及患者的污染情况等。结果实验组消毒时间短,患者感染率低,医生满意度高。结论新型实用下肢悬吊架提高了患者舒适度,减少了医护人员的劳动量,降低了手术感染率,提高了下肢消毒时患者体位的稳定性。Objective It is to develop a new type of lower limb suspension frame that is simple and convenient and practical. Methods 268 cases undergoing lower limb surgery were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was disinfected with new lower limb suspension frame, and the control group was disinfected with normal method. There was no difference in the detailed disinfected method between the two groups. Time of sterilization, the number of patients infected, the satisfaction degree of doctor, the number of surgical staff and patients polluted. Results Sterilization time was shorter, the infecting rate was lower, and satisfactory degree of doctor was higher. Conclusion New practical lower limb suspension frame can improve patient＇s comfort, reduce the amount of labor of health care, low down surgical infecting rates, enhance the posture stability of patients when their lower limb was disinfected.
