学校新校区建设的必要性与建设经费筹措及风险防范——以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例,阐述了建设学校新校区是地方社会经济发展的要求、学校发展的必然选择、是实现国家高等职业教育示范建设院校基本硬件条件的迫切需要。对于学校新校区建设中的资金筹集渠道、建设资金偿还、风险防范措施等关键问题提出了合理化建议。Taking Kunming Metallurgy College as an example, this paper expounds the necessity of new campus construction, which is the requirement of local social and economic development, the inevitable ehoiee of school development as well as an urgent need to realize basic hardware conditions in national model program of higher vocational college construction, the inevitable choice of higher vocational education model construction of national universities basic hardware conditions of urgent need. Some reasonable suggestions concerning fund-raising channels, analysis of construction funds to repay , risk prevention measures as well as other key issues are proposed in the paper.
