猴头菌颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的观察猴头菌提取物颗粒对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗效果。方法将120只SD雄性大鼠分为5组,即正常对照组、模型对照组、维酶素治疗组、猴头菌颗粒小剂量组、猴头菌颗粒大剂量组;除正常对照组外其余大鼠用热盐水灌胃方法制作慢性萎缩性胃炎模型;模型制成后连续给药28天;处死动物后通过制备病理切片和利用试剂盒测定胃粘膜氨基己糖、前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量,由此观察猴头菌提取物颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用。结果猴头菌颗粒治疗组大鼠胃粘膜G、D细胞数量和氨基己糖、PGE2含量高于模型对照组,尤以猴头菌颗粒大剂量组,最为显著(P<0.01)。结论猴头菌颗粒对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎有明显的治疗作用。Objective To observe the curative effect of Hericium particle extract on rats with chronic atrophic gas- tritis. Method 120 SD rats were divided into 5 groups, including normal control group, model control group, Victoria enzyme treated group, low-dose group and high-dose group. The rats were made the model of chronic atrophic gastritis with hot oral saline method except the normal control group. The model was treated with Hericium particles for 28 days. Biopsy, Gastric-hexose and prostaglandin E2（PGE2 ） were observed. Result The rats in the Hericium particles groups have a larger number of G, D cells and a higher content of Gastric-hexose and prostaglandin E2 （PGE2 ） than those in the normal control group, especially the ones in the high-dose group of Hericium particles. Conclusion Hericium particles play a significant role in the treatment of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.
