介入治疗糖尿病足下肢动脉血管的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价介入治疗糖尿病足下肢动脉血管的临床价值。方法对10例糖尿病足患者行下肢动脉(DSA)检查,同时行PTA并支架植入治疗。术后常规抗凝治疗,并跟踪随访3月。结果治疗大动脉3支,全部成功;中动脉5支,成功4支;小动脉16支成功12支。介入治疗能明显改善患肢缺血,缓解糖尿病足患者的疼痛、乏力等症状。结论下肢动脉介入治疗近期效果令人满意,术后可以明显缓解患者症状及降低患者截肢率,具有临床应用价值。Objective To assess the clinical effect of interventional treatment in diabetic foot. Methods Ten pa- tients with diabetic foot were involved in superficial femoral, tibial and titular arteries. Twenty-four vessels with irregu- larstenosis and obstruction were treated by intravascular angioplasty through balloon dilation, and treated by intravascular stenting. Results The technical successful rate was 100% and there was no complication. The symptoms were relieved in all patients after treatment,including promotion of lower extremity arterial blood perfusion, reducing range of ampulation and wound healing after amputation. Conclusion Intravascular interventional treatment is safe and effective in diabetic foot.
