摘　　要：目的总结肺心病合并冠心病的临床治疗方法。方法对86例肺心病合并冠心病的患者,在采用相同常规基础治疗的同时,对病因与并发症采取有效的个体化治疗措施进行处理,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果心、肺功能恢复正常20例,显效56例,无效10例,总有效率为88.4%。结论肺心病合并冠心病而引起心力衰竭患者,在常规基础治疗的同时,针对病因与并发症要取有效的个体化治疗措施进行处理,可获得较满意的临床效果。Objective Analysis of clinical treatment of pulmonary heart disease with coronary heart disease. Meth- ods The patients were treatment with conventional methods and individualized deal with the reasons and complications. The effect was analyzed. Result There were 20 cases with cardiac function returned to normal. 56 cases were markedly effective and 10 cases invalid. Conclusions It is effective to treat pulmonary heart disease caused by coronary heart dis- ease patients with congestive heart failure with individualized treatment.
