纤溶酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨纤溶酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法回顾分析76例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者临床资料,治疗组36例和对照组40例,两组溶栓分别采用纤溶酶和小剂量尿激酶,其余治疗相同,包括低分子肝素钙、低分子右旋糖酐注射液及丹参,疗程14天,比较两组疗效及并发症。结果两组临床总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05),但对照组出现血尿2例,黑便4例,而治疗组无出血并发症发生。治疗组治愈4例,有效30例,无效2例,总有效率为94.4%;对照组治愈5例,有效33例,无效2例,总有效率为95.0%。结论纤溶酶治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效好,使用简便、安全、可靠,无明显出血并发症等发生,具有临床应用价值。Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities treated with fibrinolysin. Methods Clinical data of 76 patients suffered with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were retro- spectively analyzed. The patients were divided into treatment group （40 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The two groups were treated with fibrinolysis and small dosage urokinas, separately. Other treatments of two groups were same, including low molecular heparin calcium, dextran-40 and salvia miltiorrhiza. Therapeutic effect and complications of two groups was compared. Result Clinlcal effective rate of two groups had no significant differences（P〉0. 05 ）. The hemor- rhage complication of the treatment group was lower than the control group with significant differences （P〈0.05 ）. Con- clusions Fibrinolysin is convenient and safety for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, so it will be more spa- cious for applicative prospect.
