开放取石治疗63例复杂性肾结石的临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结复杂性肾结石开放手术治疗的疗效和经验。方法回顾性分析63例开放手术治疗复杂性肾结石患者的临床资料,其中肾盂或经肾窦内肾盂切开取石术55例,联合肾实质不同切口切开取石术8例,应用纤维胆道镜17例。结果63例患者均取石成功,平均手术时间148 min,所有患者术中均未阻断肾蒂。术中需输血者8例,平均输血量260 ml。结石残余残留率7.9%。结论术中纤维胆道镜的应用,使肾窦内肾盂切开取石术治疗复杂性肾结石操作简便、安全,并有助于取尽结石。Objective To summarize the efficacy and experience on open surgery in management of complex renal calculi. Methods Clinical data of 63 cases with complex renal calculi were retrospectively analyzed. Results Lithotorny was successful in all cases with an average operation time of 148 minutes. There was no blockage of renal pedicle in all ca- ses during operation. Blood transfusion during the procedure was required in 8 cases with an average of 260 ml. The resid- ual stone rate was 7.9%. Conclusion The intrasinusal pyelolithotomy is an easy and safe operation.
