摘 要:社会发展、科技进步都有赖于全民教育质量的不断提高.作为人力资源管理的核心部分,教育培训工作自然不能游离在外.高校图书馆应借助教育培训把学校确立的发展理念、价值观、指导思想等以知识技能为载体真正植入员工心中,不断提高员工的职业技能.Social development and scientific progress depend on the improved quality of education. As the core of human resources management, the education and training can not be drifted away from the outside. With the help of education and training, university libraries should use the ideology of school development, values, guiding ideology and so on as the carrier to implant in the hearts of staff, in order to constantly improve the professional skills of staff.
