摘　　要：针对湿烟气制酸装置废热锅炉苛刻的工艺条件,分析了设备在运行时可能发生的各种破坏和失效模式,重点介绍了热端管板结构、管板与换热管内孔焊及管板耐热保护等关键结构的设计与开发。By focusing on critical technological parameters of the waste heat boiler of WSA unit, this paper is particularly emphasized on the introduction of the design and development of some key structures, e.g. the structure of the hot - side tubesheet, the inner hole welding of the tube to tubesheet connections, heat- resistant protection and etc.
