摘  要:大型储油罐是储存或盛装原油、成品油的设备,在化工、石油等行业得到了广泛应用,但也是经常发生事故的地方。本文采用有限元法对大型储油罐进行有限元分析及优化设计,并对其最大应力集中处进行了应力评定和强度校核。同时对储油罐筒体壁厚和浮顶厚度进行了优化设计。经校核,该大型储油罐在正常操作运行过程中是安全的,在工艺、制造及条件允许的情况下,应该尽量减少储油罐筒体壁厚,以达到结构轻量化的优化设计目标,但应该增加浮顶厚度。Large-scale oil storage tank was stored or dressed up crude oil and refined oil .It had been widely applied in the chemical, oil and other industries, but it also was a place where accidents frequently occur. It used the finite element method to analysis and optimized design the large-scale storage tank. It checked stress assessment and intensity calibration of maximum stress concentration. At the same time, the tank and floating roof cylinder wall thickness was optimized. After checking, the large-scale oil storage tank was safe. In the process, manufacturing and conditions permit, we should minimized the cylinder wall thickness of the tanks in order to achieve the optimal design of lightweight structures objectives, but should increased the thickness of floating roof.
