摘　　要：高等教育发展水平是一国教育发展乃至经济社会发展水平的集中体现,我国高等教育发展实现了历史性的跨越,在国民经济中的地位和作用日益凸显,但由于既有的历史原因和快速发展中的偏离,高等教育结构、区域布局、教育供求等矛盾显现,大力推进我国高等教育和谐发展是当前的一项紧迫任务,必须在结构优化、布局调整、科学管理等方面施以强有力的政策干预。The development of higher education is the concentrated expression of a country s educational development as well as economic and social development level China s higher education development realizes a historic leap, the status and effect in the national economy has the increasingly prominent role. Because of historical reasons and the deviation of rapid development, the higher education structure, regional distribution, education and so on, their supply and demand showed conflict. Vigorously promote the harmonious development of China＇s higher education is an urgent task, must be to impose a strong policy intervention on optimizing the structure, adjusting the layout, scientific management and so on.
