摘　　要：随着国家的快速发展,科学技术也飞速发展,而高校作为知识密集型组织,在我国科技创新队伍中占有重要地位,如何创造一个优良的科技发展环境,提高科技管理水平,对国家的发展起着至关重要的作用。文章主要介绍了科技档案的概念、当前高校科技档案管理的现状与不足,并提出了几点建议。With the rapid development of the country, university as a knowledge-intensive organization plays an important role in the scientific and technological innovation in China. How to create a good environment for the development of science and technology and to improve the management level plays a vital role in the country s development. The article introduces the concept of the technology file, the current high-tech status of records management and inadequate, and puts forward several suggestions.
