新型承重保温废渣砖的试制

摘　　要：以固体废渣(胶凝材料,固体废弃物,砂等)为主要原料,并加入一定比例的废纸壳浆等植物纤维,制成了性能良好的新型砖。其技术指标符合JC239-2001标准中MU10合格品的技术要求。本砖在利用废渣的同时,又起到了承重与保温的双重功效,但砖的性能还需进一步的测试,砖的配方也有待于调整。The new type brick of good performance is made of solid residue and waste paper pulp of plant fiber,whose technical index accords with the technical requirement of MU10 eligible products in JC239-2001 standard.The bricks can not only take advantage of waste residue,but also have the double function bearing weight and heat preservation.However,the brick performance needs further testing,and the brick prescription needs adjustment.
