广西移民安置区6～13岁壮族儿童生长发育状况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广西移民安置区壮族儿童生长发育状况，探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法，以广西移民安置区6～13岁壮族、汉族儿童为调查对象，对儿童进行身高、坐高、体重、胸围测量，家长完成儿童生长发育影响因素问卷调查。采用多元线性逐步回归分析的方法对影响因素进行多因素分析。结果壮汉族儿童各项生长指标随年龄增长而增长，汉族儿童男生和女生身高、体重、胸围均高于同年龄段壮族儿童。民族差异中除10岁男生身高外差异均无显著性。多元线性回归分析发现，身高、坐高、胸围、体重互为影响因素，性别、移民、睡眠情况、居住地周围有污染等是影响儿童生长发育的主要影响因素。结论移民安置区儿童生长发育水平均低于全国水平，儿童营养、生活环境有待改善，家长的营养教育和教育知识的宣传有待加强。Objective To understand the growth development status of children of Zhuang Nationality in im-migrant settlement of Guangxi province, and to explore the related influencing growth factors. Methods Cluster sampling was used to investigate general growth situation of the children at 6- 13 years of Zhuang and Han nationalities. Their body height, sitting height, body weight and chest circumference were measured. Their parents were responsible to answer the questionnaires. Multiple linear regression was used to perform multi- factor analysis. Results The parameters of the children developed with their growth, parameters of children of Han Nationality are greater than children of Zhuang Nationality at the same age. There are no statistical differences between Han and Zhuang Nationality, except at the age of 10 years. Multiple linear regression indicated that sitting height, body weight and chest circumference influenced each other. And sex, immigrant, sleeoing situation and polluted surrounding are the primary influencing factors. Conclusion Growth development of children at 6- 13 years of Zhuang Nationality in immigrant settlement of Guangxi was lower than the whole country＇s level. More attention needs to be paid to children＇s nutrition life environment and their parents＇ knowledge.
