摘  要:利用传输矩阵法,计算了含缺陷层的一维准周期光子晶体在入射角为0°和10°时的透射谱,并将其和对应的含缺陷层的周期光子晶体的透射谱进行了对比。结果表明:在上述入射角的情况下,当缺陷层介质的厚度为四分之一波片层的整数倍M时,通带中新增缺陷模的个数仍满足M-1的关系,但准周期光子晶体的透射谱散失了原来的左右对称性;当M取非整数时,中心通带顶部由原来的三峰状变成双峰状。The transmission spectrum of quasi-periodic 1-D photonic crystal with defect is calculated lay transfer matrix method when incident angles are 0°, 10° respectively. And it is compared with the corresponding transmission spectrum of periodic photonic crystals containing defects cycle. The results show that the angle of incidence in the above circumstances, when the defect layer thickness is M integer times of a quarter of medium-wave plate layer, the amount of defect mode added in passband still meets the relationship M- 1, but the transmission spectrum of the quasi-periodic photonic crystals has lost the original left-right symmetry; when the M are non-integer, the original sambong shaped changed into a double-peak shape at the top of passband center.
