摘　　要：中国传统法律文化有着鲜明的特征,有过辉煌的历史功绩。社会结构与政治体制的变迁决定二者之间必然会有根本的差异,社会主义法治理念必然对传统法律文化有所发展;而文化的惯性力量和传统法律文化自身的一些积极特征,又使得社会主义法治理念必然对传统法律文化有所继承。社会主义法治理念是对中国传统法律文化的继承与发展。Chinese tradition legal culture is distinctively characterized and enjoys brilliant historical achievements. The transformation of social structure and political system decides that there are fundamental differences between them. Socialist ideas on rule of law are abound to develop based on tradition culture; but the inertial power and some positive characteristics of tradition culture make socialism idea on rule of law inherit traditional legal culture. Socialist ideas on rule law are to inherit and develop Chinese legal culture.
