摘　　要：轻刑化是人类文明进步的必然,也是刑法国际化的要求。应对普通过失犯罪刑罚适当民法化,而对职务犯罪刑罚适当趋重。应进一步扩大罚金刑的适用范围,对过失犯罪普遍规定单处或并处罚金刑,并完善对未成年人犯罪罚金刑的适用。应进一步修改和完善死刑规定,削减死刑罪名,完善死刑的适用条件,取消绝对死刑的规定。Dispunishmentalization is not only the inevitable progress of human civilization but also the requirements of criminal law internationalization. Criminal penalties for ordinary negligence should be dealt with appropriately in accordance with the civil law, while job-related crimes should be more severely punished. The application of penalty should be further expanded, in which the criminal negligence should be punished by a single penalty or penalty combined with another punishment, and improve the juvenile delinquency penalty application. We should further modify and improve the death penalty, cutting the death penalty charges, and improve the conditions of application of the death penalty, the abolition of the death penalty absolutely.
