摘　　要：目前的视频会议设备都具备双流功能,但原有的视频设备不具备双流功能。在不进行全网改造的情况下,用视频会议带外硬双流设备,能达到增加双流功能的目的。文章主要介绍了带外双流设备的功能及其在湖北省电力视频会议系统中的应用。Nowadays, all video conference equipments are equipped with dual video. For those old equipments without this function, using out-band dual video hardware can realize the same functions without upgrading network. This paper introduces the functions of out-band dual video and its application in the video conference system in Hubei Electric Power Company.
