摘 要:永磁无刷电机能量回馈制动是电动摩托车用永磁无刷电机的核心技术之一。针对永磁无刷电机半桥斩波回馈制动方式,从理论推导、仿真验证和实验验证三方面,对不同转速下、直流母线上的平均回馈电流与PWM占空比之间的关系进行了深入研究。结果表明,永磁无刷电机半桥斩波回馈制动时,可取得某一最佳占空比,使平均回馈电流达到最大,随着转速的上升,该最大值逐渐增大,对应的占空比逐渐减小。平均回馈电流与占空比间的这种关系为实现电动摩托车制动过程中的最大能量回馈提供了理论依据。Regenerative braking technology of permanent magnet brushless DC motor is one of the core technology of electric motorcycles whose drive system use brushless DC motor. Based on half bridge modulation of generative braking of brushless DC motor, the relationship between average regenerative current on the DC bus and PWM duty cycle under different speeds was studied deeply from the three aspects of theoretical deduction, simulation based on Matlab/Simulink and experiments in the paper. The simu- lation and experimental results show that one optimal duty cycle which makes average regenerative current maximum exists and the optimal duty cycle decreases and the maximum average regeneration current increases when the speeds of the motor increase which provide theoretical basis for maximum regeneration energy when brushless DC motor for electric autobike runs in the regeneration braking of half bridge modulation condition.
