老年男性2型糖尿病患者病程与桡骨超声速率的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的评价老年男性2型糖尿病患者病程与桡骨超速率（SOS）变化的关系。方法同时测定188例正常老年男性及204例2型糖尿病老年男性患者超声速率及体质量指数（BMI）,根据病程将患者组分为：病程〈5年组,42例;病程5-9年组,69例;病程10-14年组,62例;病程15年以上组,29例。结果与正常对照组比较,糖尿病各病程组与正常对照组桡骨SOS差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,但病程长短桡骨SOS变化无统计学意义（P〉.05）。结论老年男性2型糖尿病患者SOS降低与其糖尿病有关,但病程长短与超声速率的变化无统计学意义。Objective To evaluate the correlation between course of disease in senile male with type 2 diabetes and the changes of radius speed of sound（SOS）.Methods The total of 188 cases of normal senile male and 204 senile male with type 2 diabetes were determined of SOS and body mass index simultaneously.The patients were divided into groups according to the course of disease.Of them,the group of the course of disease less than 5 years was 42 cases,the group of the course of disease from 5 years to 9 years was 69 cases,the group of the course of disease from 10 years to 14 years was 62 cases,and the group of the course of disease more than 15 years was 29 cases.Results Compared with normal group,there were statistically significant differences of SOS between diabetes group and normal groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The reduction of SOS in senile male with type 2 diabetes associated with diabetes mellitus.But there were no statistically differences in the course of disease for the SOS.
