摘　　要：利用抗坏血酸在室温下将正磷酸盐、钼酸盐能与锑离子形成的三元杂多酸迅速还原成磷锑钼三元杂多蓝，建立一种简便、快速的皮革废水中PO4-P的测定方法，并且有效的消除了皮革废水中色度及其他离子的干扰。在优化的实验条件下，当磷酸盐（PO4-P）质量浓度在0—300μg·L^-1时呈现良好的线性，其线性方程为：y=0．6051x＋6．9717（R^2=0．9994）；检出限（3σ）为0．72μg·L^-1；相对标准偏差（RSD）为0．97％（40μg·L^-1 PO4-P，n=10）。利用本方法分析皮革水样中的磷酸盐，回收率为96．4％～103．4％，结果令人满意。A new method for rapid and direct detection of PO4-P in tannery waters is proposed, which is based on phosphorus antimony molybdenum blue photometry. Molybdate reacts with phosphate to form ternary heteropoly acid with antimony ion existed, and this heteropoly acid deoxidizes quickly to ternary heteropoly compound of phosphorus antimony molybdenum blue by L-axrobic acid in acid media and room temperature condition, Under the optimized condition, the system exhibited a detection limit of 0. 72 μg·L^-1, reproducibility of 0. 97 % RSD for 40 μg·L^-1 phosphate ion added in seawater （ n = 10） and a linear response y = 0. 6051 x ＋ 6.9717 （ R^2 = 0. 9995） when calibrated in the field with standards in the range 0 - 300 μg·L^-1. The results were satisfied using thismethod to analyze the PO4-P in tannnerywaters, and the range of recovery percentages was from 96. 4 % to 103.4 %.
