摘　　要：该文合成了一种新的有机无机层状类钙钛矿(RNH3)2CuX4功能材料,通过研究发现有机组元的选择决定了产物在(00 2l)上的择优取向度。A new functional material,（RNH3）2CuX4（R=aniline,para-phenylene diamine, benzyl amine,2-Phenylethylamine） was assembled with organic and inorganic components in molecular scale.The results of the XRD show that the oriented intensity of（0 0 2l） is related to the orientation of organic cations.
