摘　　要：Winsock是Windows下的网络编程接口,是一个基于Socket模型的API.简单分析了Winsock的结构及利用Winsock实现计算机数据传输服务的机制,给出了一种基于Winsock和TCP/IP协议的局域网多人聊天系统的设计方法,并用VB加以实现.Winsock is a network programming application under Windows, which has been built upon the Socket programming model. A brief introduction is given to the structure of Winsock and the service mechanism of computer data communications based on Winsock. Also presented is a method and implementation of a chat program with Winsock control in Visual Basic and TCP/IP.
