摘 要:针对苔草种子萌发困难限制该种植物广泛利用的问题,研究了机械处理、层积处理以及不同浓度的酸、碱及丙酮、激素处理对我国北方两种常见苔草——异穗苔草和砾苔草萌发的影响,并确定了这两种苔草种子萌发适宜的光、温条件。结果表明,用10%或20%的氢氧化钠浸种4~10h,异穗苔草种子的发芽率提高到90%以上;而用98%浓硫酸浸种20~30min,异穗苔草和砾苔草的发芽率都达到了88%。低温层积6个月以上,对促进苔草种子的萌发也有显著的作用,而且苔草种子萌发需20℃以上的温度,光照对两种苔草的萌发没有影响。In order to solve the problem of difficult germination of Carex seeds,the seeds of Carex heterostachya and C.stenophylloides were treated with mechanical methods,depositing under damp and low temperature conditions,and chemically by a variety of agents.It was shown that dipping the seeds in a NaOH solution of 10% or 20% concentration for 4~10 hours could increase the rate of germination up to 90% or above;dipping in H 2SO 4 of 98% concentration for 20~30 minutes would make a rate of 88%;low temperature depositing for 6 months or longer also had a significant effect on germination.In all the above cases a temperature of 20 ℃ or above was necessary for germination.No significant effect of light on germination was observed.
