摘　　要：针对电力行业实际问题,综合采用嵌入式软硬件平台技术、GIS(Geographic Information System)信息技术和Internet技术,建立了电能质量在线监测系统,并利用时域、频域和混合域分析方法对监测数据进行检测评估和分析,实现对电网可靠性指标的评估,从而不断提高电网的可靠性,进而为河南地区电网电能质量水平的进一步提升起到积极作用。Aiming at practical problems in power industry, adopts embedded technology, GIS information technology and Internet technology to set up a power quality monitoring system. Uses the analysis of time field, frequent field and mixed field to detect and evaluate the monitoring data and realizes the assessment of grid reliability. Thus continuously increases the grid reliability and furtherly improves the power quality in Henan province.
