摘　　要：本研究通过对福建省的各类单位进行抽样调查,得出当前会计人员心理压力状况较严重,对会计人员进行心理优化势在必行。我们从能力、品格、倾向性、心理活动方式四个方面阐释了心理优化的标准,提出了从外部环境、内部环境和自身方面进行优化的方法,从而使会计人员保持健康心理,进而提高会计信息质量。Accountants now are in faith crisis and suffer from great psychological pressure. So it is important to make a study of accountants＇psychological activity. After taking the sample survey of various working units in Fu- jian Province, we found the accountants had more serious psychological pressure and it is necessary to optimize their psychology. We put forward the optimization standard from four aspects： ability, character , tendency and psychological activity, then give some suggestions on how to optimize internally. , externally and in themsives. With this we hope to raise the accountants＇information quality and make them keep fit mentally.
