摘 要:根据莠去津均三氮苯类结构的特征,合成连有活性羧基的莠去津半抗原,通过活性脂法与牛血清白蛋白联接,制备出较高生物活性的人工抗原,以此免疫兔子获得抗莠去津的多克隆抗体。抗体的特异性强,与扑灭津的交叉反应性为93%,与西玛津的交叉反应性为8%。以3H标记莠去津建立的莠去津放射免疫测定法对土壤中莠去津添加回收率的测定表明,沙土的添加回收率为857%~950%,壤土的添加回收率为869%~921%。The determination of atrazine residue in soil with radioimmunoassay method was studied. The high bioactive antigen was synthesized and the high titer anti atrazine antibody was pre pared. The antiserum was specific for atrazine, the cross reactivity of the antiserum to propazine and simazine was 93% and 8%, respectively. The RIA for atrazine labeled by 3H was established and showed that the rate of recovery by adding atrazine in sand and clay soils were 89 7%~95 0% and 86 9%~92 1%, that the recoveries of atrazine in sand and clay soil were 85 7%~95 0% and 86 9%~92 1%,respectively.
