摘  要:济钢1750高炉冲渣系统由于使用焦化水冲渣,粒化轮、脱水器内部腐蚀严重,设备维护作业量大、安全施工难度高。为此,对冲渣系统进行无粒化轮冲渣的工艺和设备改造,实现了冲渣设备的安全定期检修,大大降低了日常的维护作业量,确保了设备的稳定运行,有效保障了高炉的正常生产。Because the use of coking water in 1750 blast furnace flush slag system of Jinan Iron and Steel Works, the corrosion in granulation wheel and inter dehydrator was severe. The equipment needed maintenance heavily, and safe construction was very difficult. The flash slag system without the granulation wheel was thus constructed, and the equipment improvement was performed. The regular security preventive maintenance of flash slag equipment was realized, and daily maintenance work was reduced greatly, so the steady operation and regular production of blast furnace were guaranteed.
