合肥地区鸡隐孢子虫感染及其季节动态研究

摘　　要：采用金胺酚——改良抗酸染色法对合肥地区４个鸡场的１２０个粪样进行检查，结果表明，鸡隐孢子虫感染率为５０．８３％；每日检查１次（３０个粪样），连续１２个月对同一鸡场鸡隐孢子虫感染与季节的关系进行观察，发现鸡隐孢子虫感染具有一定的季节性，春、夏、秋感染率较高，冬季感染率下降。faecal specimens from 4 chicken farms in Hefei area were examined with auramine-phenol and modified acid-fast staining method.The result showed the infective rate of chicken cryptosporidium was 50 83% (61 specimens out of 120).A monthly study of 30 faecal specimens from the same chicken farm was held non-stop during 12 months to find out the relation between infection of chicken cryptosporidium and seasons.The result showed the infection of chicken cryptosporidium varies with different seasons,the infective rate was relatively higher in spring,summer and autumn while it declined in winter.
