摘　　要：本文依据主客观综合法结合决策者的不同偏好给出泄洪闸各评价指标的权重,同时引入级别特征值的概念,最后应用多目标多级模糊优选模型,对北引渠首工程泄洪闸方案进行优选。在优选中考虑了建筑工程投资、雍水高度、对河势的影响及闸室总宽与河道宽度的比值等目标,并分析了决策人的3种可能偏好,从而使泄洪闸方案比选更加科学化、合理化。According as the subjective and objective synthetic method and different preference of decision-makers,the paper gives the weights of each evaluation index for sluice,introduces the conception of level characteristic values and optimizes the sluice scheme in north conveyance canal head by using the multi-objective and multiple fuzzy optimization model.In the process of optimization,the targets of the construction investment,hammed wa ter height,the impact on the river regime and the ratio of chamber width and river width are considered,the three kinds of possible preference for decision-makers are analyzed,which is made the sluice scheme selection more scientific and more reasonable.
