摘  要:为了解稀土元素对植物病原细菌的效应,研究了单一稀土氧化镧(La2O3)对番茄细菌溃疡病棒形杆菌(Clavibactermichiganensesubsp.michiganense,C3)的生长及胞外酶活性的影响。结果表明:稀土明显抑制C3的生长,且随处理浓度的提高,抑制作用加强。固体培养基上表现为C3菌落初生时间比对照延迟12~48h,菌落直径减小1.3~2.9mm。液体培养基中表现为OD620值下降。稀土可明显提高C3的胞外蛋白酶、果胶酶和纤维素酶的活性。稀土浓度>350mg/L时,C3停止生长。The effect of rare earth (RE) on the growth and extracellular enzyme activities of Clavibacter michiganense subsp.michiganense (C 3) were studied.At the RE concentrations of 50,100,150,200,250 and 300 mg/L the growth of C 3 was inhibited obviously both in solid and liquid culture and the inhibition increased with the rise of the RE concentration.The time of initial growth delayed,the diameter of colony decreased in solid medium and the biomass decreased in liquid culture.When RE concentration was greater than 300 mg/L,the growth of C 3 was inhibited completely.At 200 mg/L,RE evidently stimulated the activities of protease,cellulase and pectinase.
