几种蛋清对小麦离体胚培养成苗的影响

摘　　要：用附加有鸡蛋清、鸭蛋清、鹌鹑蛋清与Ｍｓ组合培养基对离体小麦胚进行培养，观察其对成苗的影响，并与Ｍｓ＋ＺＴ、Ｍｓ＋ＮＡＡ、Ｍｓ＋ＺＴ＋２．４－Ｄ以及纯琼脂１３种不同蛋清组合的培养基对照比较，结果表明：３种蛋清与Ｍｓ组合培养基均能促进小麦离体胚发育成苗，对根的生长发育更有利。Isolated wheat embryo is cultured on MS medium in addition to hen's egg albumen,duck's egg albumen and quail and on MS+ZT,MS+NAA,MS+ZT+2,4-D.It was found the three kinds of albumen added to MS medium all help the germination of isolated wheat embryo and improve root growth of the seedling.Quail's egg albumen added to MS medium gave rise to the highest rote total germination rate (74 8%).
