摘　　要：法律监督是依法治国的内在要求,是依法治国的重要内容和手段,是依法治国的保证。只有具体地完善法律监督,检察机关作为国家的法律监督机关,才能在实施依法治国的进程中全面履行职责,努力促进公正执法,维护国家法律的统一正确实施。Legal supervision is the inherent requirement of the rule of law,is an important part of the rule of law,and is the guarantee of the rule of law.Only improving the legal supervision,procuratorial organs as the country＇s legal upervision,can fully perform their duties in the process of the rule of law,make an effort to promoting fair law enforcement,and safeguard the correction of law.
