摘  要:通过一维双温模型,研究多孔介质中的燃烧特性和换热器的热量提取。预测的气体和固体温度曲线基本上为M型分布。数值结果表明,在往复流多孔介质燃烧器系统中,甲烷的贫可燃极限可以扩展到当量比0.15。当换热器的长度从6mm增大到14mm时,热效率由0.39增加到0.61。随着换热器长度和当量比的增大,热量提取效率增大。A reciprocal flow combustor with embedded heat exchangers was studied numerically. Combustion characteristic in porous media and heat extraction by heat exchanger were examined by a one-dimensional and two temperatures numerical model. The predicted gas and solid temperatures are basically M-shaped. Results show that the lean flammability limit of the mixture of CH4 can be extended to an equivalence ratio of 0.15. At the same time, the efficiency spans the range of 0.39 0.61 when increasing the heat exchanger length from 6 to 14 ram. In addition, it is shown that the heat extraction efficiency is getting larger with increasing heat exchanger length and equivalence ratio.
