摘　　要：〔目的〕总结广东口岸发现并有效控制输入性基孔肯亚热病例的经验,完善国境口岸传染病预防控制新模式。〔方法〕2008年根据国家质检总局在国境口岸实施检疫查验制度改革的要求,广东出入境检验检疫局在广东口岸探索建立了"口岸查验、实验室检测、快速联控"三位一体的口岸传染病预防控制新模式。〔结果〕2008年3月4日、10月3日、10月10日,广东出入境检验检疫局运用新模式,在国境口岸发现并成功处置3起5例中国内地输入性基孔肯亚热病例。〔结论〕3起基孔肯亚热病例的成功处置对在口岸阻断传染病在国际间传播有着现实的示范作用,填补了我国在基孔肯亚热的预防控制、实验室检测、临床诊治等方面的空白,充分体现了广东口岸卫生主管当局核心能力建设取得的实际成效。Objective To summarize the experience of detecting and effectively control of the imported cbinkungunya fever cases at Guangdong port, and to improve the new pattern of prevention and control of infectious diseases at frontier ports. Method According to the requirements of Regulation of Reforming Port Inspection and Quarantine formulated by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of P.R.C., In 2008, Guangdong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau explored and set up a new pattern which integrates inspection, laboratroy test and rapid cooperative respond for infectious disease prevention and control at port. Result By means of the new operational pattern, Guangdong Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, for three times, has successfully detected and dealt with 5 imported chingunkunya fever cases in mainland of China on 4 March, 3 October and 10 December in 2008, respectively. Conclusion The successful expeiences of curbing the imported chinkungunya fever at port has the demonstrative effect on how to effective control infectious diseases at ports. In addition, it also filled in the gaps in the aspects of prevention, control, laboratory test, clinical diagnosis and treatment for chingunkunya fever in China. And it also showed the practical achievement, in particular on critical capability building, made by Guangdong port health authorities.
