摘　　要：〔目的〕了解入境船舶载自境外压舱水的大肠菌群污染情况。〔方法〕无菌采集入境船舶载自境外的压舱水样本,进行大肠菌群培养分离鉴定。〔结果〕2007年8—10月共监测69艘次入境船舶载自境外港口的60万余吨压舱水,检出大肠菌群的阳性船舶11艘次,船舶阳性率为15.94%,压舱水阳性比例为18.39%(110378/600064)。其中大肠菌群数量达第4类海水水质标准的9艘次,共计73790t,船舶阳性率为13.04%(9/69),4类水质压舱水阳性比例为12.30%(73790/600064)。〔结论〕入境船舶载自境外的压舱水大肠菌群污染严重。Objective To understand the conditions of the entry ships＇ ballast polluted by the bacteria of Coliform group water were determined. Method The ballast water samples from the entry ship loaded from abroad were collected in sterile conditions. The bacteria of Coliform group in the samples were cultured, isolated and identified. Result A total of 69 entry ships, which loaded about 600 000 tons of ballast water were surveyed from August to October, 2007. In which, 11 ships＇ ballast water were positive with the Coliform group, and the concerned ships＇ positive rate was 15.94% （11/69） and the ballast water＇s positive ratio was 18.39% （110 378/600 064）. 9 ships＇ ballast water, 73 790 tons, were reached to No. 4 class standard of seawater quality according to the number of coliform group＇ quantity, and the ships＇ positive rate was 13.04% （9/69） and the ballast water＇s positive ratio was 12.30% （73 790/600 064）. Conclusion The entry ships＇ ballast water loaded from abroad are polluted with the bacteria of Coliform group seriously.
