摘　　要：社会保险基金(以下简称社保基金)是社会保险制度的"生命线",是人民群众的"养命钱"。在未富先老的中国,社保基金的保值增值显得十分迫切和重要,作为经济欠发达的内蒙古,则更为如此。对社保基金投资原则和主要投资工具介绍的基础上,充分借鉴美国、智利和新加坡的先进经验,提出了内蒙古社保基金投资的基本策略,以实现内蒙古社保基金的保值增值,发挥其应有的社会保障功能。This social security funds （ hereinafter referred to as the social security fund ） are the ＂ lifeline＂ of a social security system and the ＂ Raising the money order ＂ of the people. Not rich before the old in China,so it is extremely urgent and important to preserve and increase the value of social security funds. Inner Mongolia sa a less developed economy province is even more so. This article on the hasis of introducing investment principles and the main investment vehicle of the social security funds and fully drawing advanced experience in the United States, Chile and Singapore, made the basic investment strategy of the social security funds in Inner Mongolia,in order to preserve and increase the value of the Inner Mongolia and play its the social security function for social security funds.
