摘　　要：根据现代经济技术条件下社会分工对人才需求的现状,结合认识的规律性,探讨我国高等教育的培养模式、应用型人才的素质要求和实现途径,对于我们今天有着十分重要的意义。Based on the considerations on the requirements of person with ability under the present-day economy and technology level and the epistemic laws,some elementary thoughts about the higher education mode,the quality requirements of applied talents,the approaches to the objective are discussed in this paper.
