强化降脂治疗用于老年冠心病患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察强化降脂治疗用于老年冠心患者的疗效及安全性。方法选择64例老年冠心病患者随机分为两组，对照组32例，服用阿托伐他汀20mg／d；强化降脂组32例，服用阿托伐他汀40mg／d。观察3个月、6个月后的血脂水平、肝、肾功能（ALT、Cr）及心力衰竭、心绞痛发作情况并行统计学分析。结果观察期间对照组心力衰竭及心绞痛发作例数与强化降脂组比较明显增多。6个月后两组患者TC、LDL—C均有显著下降，强化降脂组LDL—C达标率显著高于对照组。两组患者在治疗前、后比较CK、Cr、AST均无明显变化，均无严重的药物相关副作用。结论阿托伐他汀40mg／d的强化降脂治疗用于老年冠心病患者安全可靠，有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the effects and safety of strengthening lipid - lowering therapy on elder patients with coronary heart diseases. Methods 64 elder patients with coronary heart diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group（ n = 32 ） , were treated with atorvastatin 20mg/Qd, strengthening lipid -lowering group （n = 32 ）were treated with atorvastatin 40mg/Qd. The levels of serum lipid and serum levels of Alt,Cr in all the patients were detected 3 months 、6 months after treatment, and the incidence of heart failure or angina pectoris were recorded. Results The incidence of angina pectoris or heart failure in control group were more than strengthening lipid - lowering group. After six monthes treatment, the levels of TC, LDL - C were significantly decreased in two groups and the reaching standard rate in strengthening lipid - lowering group was more than control group. The serum levels of CK, Alt, Cr did not change significantly in two groups during the time of befor treatment and after treatment. The side effects related to medicine did not appear in two groups. Conclusions The strengthening lipid - lowering therapy（ atorvastatin 40mg/Qd） is efective and safe to control the coronary heart diseases in elder patients.
