摘 要:钙基吸着剂的吸硫性能虽然主要取决于它的化学组成和颗粒大小,但它的宏现结构——比表面积、孔体积、孔径大小及其分布对吸硫反应的影响也很大.本文对利用氮吸附法测定钙基吸着剂的细孔孔径及其分布进行了初步的研究,对不同比表面积氢氧化钙的细孔孔径及其分布进行了测定,并与压汞法的测定结果进行了比较、衔接和相互补充,取得了满意的结果,氮吸附法和压汞法联合使用,可以完整地描述钙基吸着剂的孔径及其分布,为进一步研究钙基吸着剂的宏现结构及其与脱硫率之间的关系打下了基础.Sulfur capture perfonnance of calcium-based sorbent depends mainly on its chemical composition and particale she distribution, but its macro-strure (specific surface area, pore volume, pore she and distribution) also has significant influence on sulfur capture. This paper parents a preliminary study of the use of nitrongen adsorption in determining she and distribution of small pore of calcium-based sorbent. Pore sizes and distributions of calcium hydroxides of different specific surface areas are measred and the data are compared with sizes and distributions of larger poas measured by use of a mercury porosimenter. Results show that data of the two methods join and compensate each other satisfactorily. Therefore, the combined use of nitrogen adsorption and mercury porosimenter can describe the she and distribution of both small and larger poas of calcium-based sorbents, thus providing basis for further studying the rnacro-structure of calcium-based sorbents and its relation with sulfur capture performance.
