摘 要:通过合适的合金化、提高钢的纯洁度和进行恰当的热处理可以实现在提高钢材强度的同时获得良好的塑性和韧性。对两种弹簧钢54SiCr6和54SiCrV6进行了在线感应加热调质处理,研究了回火温度对强度、塑性和冲击韧性的影响。指出采用本文给出的化学成分和热处理工艺可以得到抗拉强度为1700MPa以上的高强弹簧用线材。同时指出,钒的加入显著地提高了钢材的塑性和韧性,可以得到强韧性结合比较理想的线材。Through suitable alloying,increase of clearness and heat treatment,the plasticity and toughness of steel would not decrease,even be improved when its strength had been improved Two kinds of spring steels 54SiCr6 and 54SiCrV6 were on line quenched and tempered with inductive heating The influences of tempering temperature on their strength,plasticity as well as toughness were discussed It was pointed that wire rods for spring with tensile strength of 1700 MPa and more could be obtained by using the steels and heat treatment process mentioned in this paper,and that the addition of Vanadium could evidently improve the plasticity and toughness of the wire rods at room temperature,therefore the wire rods with high strength,good plasticity and toughness could be gained
