摘　　要：高强度低松弛预应力混凝土用钢丝及钢绞线生产高速化、自动化、连续化的发展，对其原料提出了越来越高的要求。对８２Ｂ优质硬线的生产从化学成分的确定、碳偏析的控制、坯料的精整以及加热控制、控制轧制、斯太尔摩冷却等主要质量控制因素方面进行了论述。讨论８２Ｂ硬线的微合金化、时效及异常先共析组织，并给出其性能要求。The raw material for high tensile strength prestressed concrete steel wire and strand is confronted with more and more strict requirements,thanks to high speed,automatic and continuous production of PC steel wire Several main quality control factors in 82B quality high carbon wire rod production such as final chemical component,carbon segregation control,billet trimming,reheating control,controlled rolling and stelmor cooling etc are expounded In the meantime,some cases such as micro alloying,aging and abnormal pre eutectoid structure of 82B wire rod are discussed,and the physical performance requirements are given too
